摘 要:在螺栓法兰系统中,垫片的局部压紧应力比平均压紧应力对法兰连接可靠性的影响更大,而现有的试验技术无法确定垫片上局部应力的分布情况。考虑内压时的法兰转角和垫片的力学性能,提出垫片径向压紧应力分布的解析算法。解析法计算的结果与数值模拟得到的应力分布基本一致,虽然垫片内缘应力值的解析计算结果较数值模拟果偏小,但仍满足工程近似计算的精度要求。分析结果表明,垫片径向压紧应力不是均匀分布的,而是由垫片内缘向外缘逐渐增大。For bolt-flange connection system, flange connection reliability is more influenced by local compressive stress rather than mean compressive stress. Nevertheless, the stress distribution on gasket cannot be determined by current technique experimentally. An an- alytical solution of stress radial distribution on gasket was proposed by considering the influence of internal pressure on the mechanical prop- erty of flange rotating angle and gasket. The result of analytical solution and numerical solution is consistent, and although the stress value on the inner rim of gasket by analytical solution is less that that by numerical solution, the error between them meets the requirement of en- gineering accuracy. The analytical result shows that the stress on gasket is in nonuniform distribution in radial direction, it is increased from inner rim to outer rim.
