摘　　要：文章从研究内容的创新性角度对《信息资源共建共享的投资效益评估研究》一书进行了评价,认为该书在某种程度上填补了我国信息资源共建共享投资效益评估研究的空白,为全国公共信息资源的共建共享实践提供了有力指导,为政府相关政策和法律法规的制定提供了科学的建议。From the point of view of innovative study contents, this article reviews the book of Evaluation Research of Investment Bene fit of Infor- ruation Resource Sharing and Co-Constructiom, and puts forward that the book was in part to fill the gaps in the evaluation of investment benefit of the information resources co-construction and sharing in China, provides effective guidance for the practice of national public information resources co-con- struction and sharing, provides scientific advice for the government to formulate regulations and policies.
