摘　　要：目前,集装箱检修管理方面仍然存在一些问题,原因之一在于施工单位对集装箱检修法律规定与IICL技术规范的相互关系缺乏清晰透彻的理解。客观上两者在主体、依据和适用等方面既具有相互区别性,同时IICL技术规范又对集装箱检修法律规定具有注释、补充和拓展的相互关联性,这就决定了未来完善集装箱检修管理制度的内涵和方向。This article analyzes the short - comings existing in manufacturing management through the investigation of con- tainer repair. It is the reason that our business all over China can not realize the difference between the legal rules and IICL technical specifications. Objectively both in subject, basis and application aspects are distinguished from each other. At the same time IICL technology specification of container will be beneficial to annotations, complement and expansion of legal rules, which will determine the future container maintenance management system.
