摘　　要：马英九上台以来,积极推动"内地游客赴台观光政策"的落实,自2008年以来,内地游客赴台观光人数呈现快速成长的态势,与此不相对称的是,两岸就马英九的"内地游客赴台观光政策"展开研究的文献十分有限。从马英九"内地游客赴台观光政策"的基本考量入手,就其实施的相关政策和效果进行系统性的梳理,并研判未来趋势,提出相应建议。After Ma Ying-jeou took office,the"China's mainland tourism policy"was aclively promoted and implemented.Since 2008,China's mainland tourists to Taiwan,China have shown rapid growth momentum,and asymmetrically,the relative literature is quite limited.This article starts from analyzing the basic consideration of Ma's China's mainland tourism policy,followed by systematically carding its implementation and effectiveness of policies,and judges future trends as well.Relative recommendations are also put forward.
