摘　　要：震源药柱的生产过程中要将干燥的硝酸铵和木粉进行配比混合,以往采用人工接料通过磅秤计量后混合的方法,讲过反复试验,研制完成了硝酸铵和木粉定比计量连续混料生产线,能够自动称量并按照设定的配料比例进行连续生产,工艺过程分割清晰,设备检修校验简单准确。The production process of seismic explosive columns to the drying of ammonium nitrate and wood powder were mixed, the artificial material receiving method mixed by scale measurement, talked about the repeated test, developed the ammonium nitrate and wood powder ratio measurement of continuous mixing production line, can automatic weighing and in accordance with the proportion set of continuous production process, segmentation, equipment maintenance, calibration is simple and accurate.
