摘  要:目的制备去甲斑蝥素-齐墩果酸复合脂质体(NCTD-OA-LP)。方法以薄膜分散法制备脂质体,采用星点设计,以去甲斑蝥素和齐墩果酸的包封率为指标,对两种指标进行归一化处理,采用效应面法优化脂质体的处方工艺。结果筛选的最优处方为药物和磷脂、胆固醇和磷脂的重量百分比分别为11.8%、17.2%,超声20 min。复合脂质体中,去甲斑蝥素和齐墩果酸的包封率分别为45.6%、84.5%。结论经星点设计-效应面法优化后制得的NCTD-OA-LP具有较好的包封率。OBJECTIVE To prepare norcantharidin and oleanolic liposome ( NCTD - OA - LP). METHODS To prepare lipo- some by film hydration method, Central composite design - response surface method and overall desirability were used to optimize the formulation with the encapsulation efficiency of NCTD and OA as indicator. RESULTS The optimum conditions of formulation were NCTD and OA/phosphatidylcholine of 11.8% , cholesterol/phosphatidylcholine of 17.2% , and ultrasonic time was 20 min. The encap- sulation efficiency of NCTD and OA were 45.6% and 84.5% , respectively. CONCLUSION The NCTD - OA - LP shows good encapsulation efficiency after optimized with Central composite design -response surface method.
