摘 要:目的研究不同剂量蜂毒复方制剂宝元灵对牛蛙离体心脏收缩张力的影响,并探讨其对心脏运动功能的作用机制。方法采用斯氏蛙心插管制备离体蛙心,分别灌流不同剂量的宝元灵、盐酸普萘洛尔及肾上腺素,记录心脏搏动幅度及心肌收缩张力。结果 5个剂量的宝元灵均能增强离体牛蛙心脏的收缩力,其中2.0 mg·L-1剂量的差异显著(P<0.01),其正性肌力作用类似于肾上腺素,可被盐酸普萘洛尔抑制。结论蜂毒复方制剂宝元灵能有效增强离体蛙心脏收缩张力从而改善心脏功能。OBJECTIVE To observe the influences of bee venom compound preparation Baoyuan Ling on the cardiac contractility of isolated bullfrog heart and discuss the possible mechanism. METHODS Different concentrations of bee venom compound preparation Baoyuan Ling, [3 receptor blocker and epinephrine were applied to isolate bullfrog hearts perfusion after separated by intubation, the cardiac impulse and contractile force were recorded. RESULTS All five dosages of Baoyuan Ling could improve the muscular tone of isolated bullfrog heart. With the dose of 2.0 mg. L- 1, Baoyuan Ling had appreciable impact on the muscular tone of isolated bullfrog heart, which was significantly different compared with that before the medicine was given ( P 〈 0.01 ) , similar to adrenaline and could be inhibited by β receptor blocker. CONCLUSION Bee venom compound preparation Baoyuan Ling could effectively enhance the contractility of isolated frog heart to improve heart functions.
