摘 要:采用初沉池+预酸化调节池+UASB+复合好氧池+微絮凝沉淀+BAF工艺处理高浓度中药提取废水,介绍了UASB和复合好氧池的启动方法,以及各单元的运行效果。运行结果表明,复合好氧池出水水质已经达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906—2008)中新建企业水污染物排放标准,对COD的去除率>98%。The primary settling tank/pre-acidification equalization tank/UASB/compound aerobic tank/micro flocculation and sedimentation/BAF process was used to treat the high-concentration wastewater from extraction of Chinese traditional medicine. The start-up method of UASB and compound aerobic tank as well as the operation effect of various units were introduced. The operation results showed that the effluent quality from compound aerobic tank already met the discharge standard of water pollu- tants from new enterprises in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry -- Chinese Traditional Medicine Category (GB 21906 -2008 ), and the removal rate of COD was over 98%.
