天津某城市污水处理厂一级A工艺调试总结

摘　　要：天津市某污水处理厂出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)的一级A标准,其成功调试经验为在北方城市典型水质条件下一级A工艺的调试达标提供了范例。尤其在生物池快速启动、排泥量的确定、配水比例、曝气量控制、碳氮比等方面应用了很多新技术与新理论,使得工艺的整体运行实现了高效、稳定、节能。The effluent quality of a WWTP in Tianjin meets the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant （ GB 18918 - 2002）. The successful commissioning experience provided an example for making the treatment process commissioning meet the first level A criteria under the condition of typical wastewater quality in northern cities. Many new technologies and new theories were applied especially in rapid start-up of biological tank, determina- tion of sludge volume, water distribution ratio, aeration control, carbon and nitrogen ratio and so on, a- chieving high efficiency, stability and energy saving for the whole operation of the process.
