摘　　要：城市软实力的不足已经成为限制我国城市全面发展的主要瓶颈。从中国城市发展软实力的现状和意义出发,以全新的视角和运动的眼光看待城市软实力的发展。城市软实力的发展首先必须要依靠其基本的内在能力,并在推动力的作用下,不断地展现其对外界吸引、同化、说服、和导向的力量,才能实现城市软实力发展的目标效果。The inadequacy of soft power has become a major defect which stands in the way of urban development in China. Based on the present status and significance of soft power development in Chinese cities, this paper looks on the development of city soft power with a fully new perspective and a motive vision. In the light of the intensive and meticulous discussion and analysis of connotation of city soft power, the writer thoroughly elaborates that to achieve the target effect, the development of city soft power must rely on its basic endogenous capacity, with the help of impetus, so as to continually display its strength of attraction, assimilation, persuasion and guidance to＇ the outside.
