摘　　要：我国正在大力实施国家知识产权战略,需要发挥各方面力量的作用。首先,《国家知识产权战略纲要》的出台,推动了知识产权领域的创新和发展,为行业协会自身的进一步完善提供了各方面的指导和措施保障。其次,行业协会在经济生活中所发挥的作用越来越大,在国家知识产权战略推进过程中也发挥着不可替代的积极的作用。再次,促进两者良性互动是国家知识产权战略推进过程中的一个重要问题,只有两者相互促进,相互推动,才能实现协调发展。China is vigorously the implementing of the national intellectual property strategy that need all the parts to play the role. First of all, the publishment of ＂The National Programme for Intellectual Property＂ promot the innovation and development of the field of intellectual property rights, and provides security guidance and measures in various aspects for the further development of the industry association. Secondly, The role played by industry associations are more important in economic life and play an irreplaceable positive role in promoting the process of the national intellectual property strategy. Thirdly, To promote the benign interaction is an important issue to promote the process of national intellectual property strategy, only then can realize the coordinated development
