珍珠花胚性愈伤组织的诱导

摘　　要：对珍珠花体细胞胚的诱导条件进行了研究 ,在含 0 .5 m g· L- 1 2 ,4- D的 MS培养基中诱导出黄色胚性愈伤组织 ,这种愈伤组织继代在无激素 MS培养基中可分化出胚状体 。Seedlings of Staghylea bumalda Dc were cultured in vitro on MS media containing various concentrations of 2,4 D,NAA,BA,KT and ZT to induce callus formation,somatic embryogensis and plantlet regenration. For inducing callus and somatic embryogensis MS with 2,4 D 3.0 mg·L -1 is considered as the best medium. Seedling formation is only possible on the hormone free media.
