摘　　要：党和国家为适应思想政治教育的新要求,对辅导员进行了系统规定,高校辅导员的队伍建设应以科学发展观为指导,亟须摆脱经验型、政治型的旧模式,确立专业化的发展方向。要深刻理解辅导员队伍专业化建设的时代意涵和理念,探索出加强辅导员队伍专业化建设的具体途径。The party and the country to adapt to the new requirements of the ideological and political education,the counselors were systematically prescribed.College counselors team construction should be took the scientific development concept as the instruction.Need to get rid of the old model--- experience and political type,to establish the development direction of specialization.Deeply understand the specialized construction of counselor group＆#39;s times meaning and philosophy,to explore the specific ways to enhance the construction of counselor team.
