摘  要:文章提出了一种卧式连续气固反应器 ,用于铝铵矾与氨气进行连续反应的研究 ,用正交实验方法对影响气固反应的因素、料层厚度、加料速度、气体流量及氨气浓度进行优化组合 ,用 Powell法归纳得出转化率与诸因素经验关联式 ,该关联式为工业化生产提供技术依据。In this paper, a horizontal continuous gas solid reactor is introduced to study the decomposition of aluminium ammonium sulfate with ammonia.The factors affecting the invert ratio are fabricated by the orthogonal test,including the thickness of material,the rotary velocity of delivery roll, the flow of gas and the NH 3 concentration.The results of the orthogonal test were correlated by the method of Powell,and the correlate equation of the invert ratio with the influencing factors has been set up. The correlate equation will provide a technical basis for the industrial scale production .
