底框砖房与框架结构商住楼经济性能的评估研究

摘　　要：根据安徽地区 5幢典型底框抗震墙砖房的设计资料及施工图设计出相应的普通纯框架结构房屋 ;编制两种结构房屋的结构造价预算 ,计算出两者的结构总造价及单价等经济指标 ;对该经济指标计算结果进行分析 ,从而对底框抗震墙砖房的经济性能作出定量评价。According to the design and construction materials of five typical brick masonry structures with frame shear wall at the bottom, located in Anhui province, five corresponding reinforced concrete frame structure buildings were designed in order to compare and analyze the construction costs between the two cases. Quantitative evaluation of the economical performance of the brick masonry buildings with frame shear wall at the bottom is made, based on the analysis of the cost indexes calculated.
