摘  要:世界各国的光伏学科(包括相应的光伏系统理论和技术)得到了长足的进步,其中不断发展的光伏水泵系统受到了全世界干旱地区农牧民的热烈欢迎,在中国西部及西北地区,光伏水泵系统受到了广大农牧民的特别青睐.那里尚没有电网,专门为小规模分散居住的农牧民架设电力线路,从经济上看也是极不合理的.这样,那里的农牧民就长期处于既没有电,又缺乏洁净人畜饮水的生活状态。可是那些地区阳光资源却极为丰富,而且有相当大的地区同时具有丰富的地下水资源,光伏水泵系统因此也成了解决问题的最好选择,它既可提供洁净的人畜饮水,又可提供农牧业的灌溉用水.文章介绍了我国西部地区光伏水泵系统示范站的试验结果,它与柴油机水泵相比具有令人鼓舞的经济效益和环境效益的优势,对投资部门具有特别的吸引力。In recent decades photovoltaics (PV), including the appropriate photovoltaic system theory and technologies are rapidly developed in the world. Among PV systems, the PV water pumps are specially welcome by the farmers and herdsmen in China, especially in the West and Northwest China, for those regions are well known for the richness of solar energy and the huge groundwater resources, but there is lack of power grid. To extend the main power grid to the scattered village in those regions is obviously not economical. Therefore PV water pumping system becomes the best solution for providing the human and animal drinking water as well as for the farm irrigation there. This paper deals with the results of experiments in laboratories and some demonstrative PV water pumping stations in West China. The economic and environmental assessments and beneficial comparison between PV and diesel systems show that the results are really quite encouraging and attractive for long term investment.
