摘 要:目的:通过分析红花注射液治疗前后突发性聋患者听阈的改变和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化,探讨其对突发性聋的治疗机制。方法:40例突发性聋患者随机分为Ⅰ组(红花组)和Ⅱ组(无红花组),检测治疗前后纯音听力、血清MDA、SOD值变化。另选取听力均属于正常范围者25例作为对照组。结果:Ⅰ组治疗总有效率高于Ⅱ组(χ2=4.183,P<0.05)。治疗前Ⅰ、Ⅱ组突发性聋患者血清SOD值低于对照组(t值分别为-6.495和-6.945,均P<0.05),MDA值高于对照组(t值分别为12.061和10.592,均P<0.05)。Ⅰ组治疗后SOD值较治疗前明显增高(t=6.665,P<0.05),MDA值较治疗前明显降低(t=-16.497,P<0.05)。Ⅱ组治疗后SOD值和MDA值与治疗前比较变化不明显(t值分别为1.556和-0.395,均P>0.05)。结论:红花注射液能清除体内的氧自由基,促进听力的恢复。Objective To explore the treatment mechanism of safflower injection on sudden deafness through the changes of the hearing threshold, serum superoxide dismntase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) before and after treatment. Methods 40 cases of sudden deafness were divided into two groups : group Ⅰ (group with safflower) and group Ⅱ(group without safflower). The concentrations of serum MDA and SOD and hearing threshold were detected before and after treatment. 25 cases of normal hearing as the control group. Results ( 1 ) The total efficiency in the group Ⅰ was higher than the group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ). (2) The concentration of SOD was lower and the concentration of MDA was higher than that of the control group before treatment in both two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). The concentration of SOD was higher and the concentration of MDA was lower after treatment in group Ⅰ (P 〈 0.05). The concentrations of SOD and the MDA had no significant change in group Ⅱ (P〉0.05). Conclusion Safflower injection could scavenge oxygen free radical and improve the quality of hearing recovery.
