摘　　要：介绍了我国精品焊管战略和国内JCOE焊管制造业格局。JCOE精品焊管发展对焊管装备制造企业形成了倒逼态势,JCOE装备制造升级主要包括装备技术升级和企业管理升级两个方面。详细论述了国产JCOE焊管装备制造技术升级和高端焊管装备制造企业管理升级的具体内容,对提升我国焊管装备制造业的生产及管理水平有一定的借鉴作用。Introduced in the article are the strategy for domestic production of competitive welded pipes, and the situation of JCOE welded pipe-making industry. The development of the JCOE competitive pipes has become a big challenge conversely to manufacturers of the weld pipe-making equipment. The manufacture upgrade of JCOE equipment mainly includes two aspects, i.e., manufacture equipment technology upgrade, and upgrade of management for the companies producing hi-end welded pipe-making equipment. And also given here are specific details concerning these two issues, which may be used for reference for efforts in enhancing the production and management level of the domestic industrial circles for manufacturing welded pipe-making equipment.
