摘 要:目前,国内长输油气管道的防腐层普遍采用3LPE防腐。当进行"碰死口"或管道维修作业时,需要清除管道外防腐层,现在主要采用的清除方法是乙炔火焰烧烤和手工刀具剥离。该方法耗时长、效率低,而且表面清理不彻底,还需要手工砂轮打磨,严重影响施工质量和进度。根据机械打磨的基本工作原理,借鉴管道防腐厂端口打磨设备的工作方法,经过多次试验改进,研制了一套便携式管端打磨装置。打磨测试试验表明:研制的打磨设备打磨效率高、质量好,防腐层清除彻底、干净,可以替代现有的手工打磨方式,满足工程需求。On the anticorrosion layer of oil and gas pipelines in China,3LPE coatings is generally used. While tie-in or pipe- line maintenance is conducted,3LPE coatings outside the pipe and should be cleaned. Hence acetylene flame and manual cutter stripping are usually applied. But these two methods demands a long time and show a low efficiency. In addition, the surface cleaning is not thorough ,which seriously affects the construction quality and schedule. According to the basic principle of mechan- ical grinding and the grinding equipment in the pipeline anti-corrosion factory, a set of portable grinding devices for elmiminating 3LPE coatings at the pipe end is developed. The test proves that the new grinding equipment is of high efficiency and of good quality and can conduct a thorough cleaning and replace the existing manual grinding mode to meet the requirements of engineer- ing.
