摘  要:针对近年在役管线热收缩带补口失效导致的管体腐蚀现象,分析确认了手工烘烤施工方式的不均匀性为补口失效的主要原因,开展了一种新型的管道补口加热技术研究,即热收缩带中频补口加热技术研究。该技术的应用,解决了管口加热不均匀的难题,提高了管道补口质量和施工效率。This paper discussed the corrosion phenomena caused by coating failure of heat shrinkable tape in recent years, and confirms though analysis that the non-uniform manual baking method is the main cause for such a failure of pipeline joint coating. And a new type of heating technology for pipeline joint coating, named intermediate frequency heating technology,is also discussed here. The application of this technology can solve the problem of uneven tube heating and improve the quality of joint coating and the efficiency of construction.
