太平洋磷虾对锦鲤诱食活性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究太平洋磷虾对锦鲤诱食活性的影响。[方法]选择极具观赏性的杂食性鱼类锦鲤作为实验研究对象,用磷虾虾粉水解液作为诱食剂,采用触球法进行诱食效果评定。[结果]水解诱食效果的最佳条件为:pH为6.5,时间为4 h,料液比为1∶3(g/ml),酶浓度4%,温度为50℃;在此条件下,磷虾水解液中含有多种具有诱食效果的氨基酸,如甘氨酸、丙氨酸、精氨酸和赖氨酸,对锦鲤诱食效果明显高于鱼粉的诱食效果。[结论]磷虾虾粉的蛋白含量高达65%,和进口鱼粉的蛋白含量相当,且价格比鱼粉便宜。磷虾作为诱食剂添加到饲料中,能够改善饲料的适口性,增进水产动物的食欲,节约饲料的生产成本。[ Objective ] To study attractant activity of pacific krill to brocade carp. [ Method] This project applied highly ornamental fish bro- cade carp as the research material, attractant was made of pacific kill which has been hydrolyzed. Touches low was used. [ Result] The results showed the optimum conditions are ： pH 6.5, time 4 h, solid-liquid ratio 1 ： 3, enzyme concentration 4%, temperature 50 ℃ , the attractant is the best. The hydrolyzed krill contains many amino acids（ Gly Ala Arg Lys）which have the effect of attractant. The hydrolyzed krill had the significant attractant effects to brocade carp and had the statistical significance. [ Conclusion] Krill shrimp meal protein content is as high as imports fish meal to 65 percent, and the price is cheaper than fish meal. Krill is added to the feed as attractant can improve feed palatability, enhance aquatic animal appetite and save feed production cost.
