摘 要:[目的]为泰优99的大面积推广应用奠定基础。[方法]介绍泰优99的特征特性、在重庆的种植表现及其相应的高产栽培技术,探讨其高产潜力及应用价值。[结果]泰优99是四川农业科学院水稻高粱研究所利用四川农业大学水稻研究所D62A与自育恢复系1345配组育成的杂交中籼迟熟超高产新组合。泰优99是重庆市直辖后连续2年区试比对照汕优63增产9.0%以上的第1个超高产优质组合品种。2007年参加长江上游迟熟中籼组品种区域试验,平均产量9 159.15 kg/hm2,比对照Ⅱ优838增产6.16%(极显著);2008年续试,平均产量9 661.95 kg/hm2,比对照Ⅱ优838增产6.86%(极显著);2年区域试验平均产量9 410.55 kg/hm2,比对照Ⅱ优838增产6.52%,增产点率80.8%;2008年生产试验平均产量8 998.55 kg/hm2,比对照Ⅱ优838增产7.28%。泰优99稻米主要理化指标达到国标三级优质稻谷质量标准。提出了泰优99高产栽培措施:适时早播,培育壮秧;合理密植,插足基本苗;大田施足基肥,早施分蘖肥;加强田间管理,确保优质高产。[结论]泰优99在重庆市种植表现丰产性好,适应性广,抗倒强,制种产量高,抗倒伏强,值得进一步推广应用。[ Objective] To lay a foundation for the large-scale application of Taiyou 99. [ Method ] Characteristics, performances and high- yield cultivation techniques of Taiyou 99 were introduced, high-yield potentials and application value explored. [ Result] Taiyou 99 is a new late and super high-yield indica rice cross combination hybridized by D62A (Research Institute of Rice, Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sci- ences) and self-fertile restorer line 1345. It is also the first super high-yield cross combination with a yield increase of 9.0% from Shanyou 63 for 2 continuous years after Chongqing City becoming a directly-controlled municipality. Taiyou 99 attended the regional test of late indica rice variety in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in 2007, the annual yield is 9,159.15 kg/hm2, increases by 6.16% from You 838 of CK II ( extremely significant) ; in 2008, the annual yield is 9 661.95 kg/hm2, increases by 6.86% from You 838 of CK II ( extremely significant) ; annual yield of the 2-year regional test is 9 410.55 kg/hm2 , increases by 6.52% from You 838 of CK II, the yield increase rate is 80.8% ; in 2008, the average yield is 8 998.55 kg/hm2, increases by 7.28% from You 838 of CK II. Major physical and chemical indexes of Taiyou 99 meet Grad-III National Quality Standard of Rice. High-yield cultivation measures were proposed: sowing earlier, cultivating healthy seed- lings; keeping moderate density; applying sufficient base fertilizer in the field, tillering fertilizer earlier; enhancing field management, ensu- ring high quality and yield. [ Conclusion ] Taiyou 99 showed good yielding ability in Chongqing, excellent adaptability, strong lodging resist- ance, higher seed yield, so it is worth further promotion.
