农业生态资本价值评价方法研究述评

摘　　要：结合劳动价值论、效用价值论、地租论、财务管理论、供求价值论、成本价值论和非市场价值论等理论,基于对自然资本和生态系统服务的认识,论述了目前适用于农业生态资本价值评价的市场价值法(market value method,MVM)、费用支出法(expenditure method,EM)、机会成本法(opportunity cost method,OCM)、影子价格法(shadow price method,SPM)、补偿价值法(compensation value method,CVM)、总经济价值法(total economic value method,TEVM)、租金或预期收益资本化法(rent or expected income capitalization method)、净价格法(net price method,NPM)和替代市场价值法(alternative market value method,AMVM)、条件价值法或意愿调查法(contingent valuation method,CVM)和能值分析(emergy analysis approach,EAA)方法的研究成果,以阐明农业生态资本价值评价研究进展及发展趋势。以期为定量评估农业生态资本价值,促进当地社会经济发展,保护农业生态与环境,保障现代农业发展,为农业生态资源的有偿使用、农业生态损害的补偿与赔偿提供技术支持。Combining with such theories as labor theory of value, utility theory of value, land rent theory, financial management theory, sup- ply-demand theory of value, cost value theory, and non-market theory of value, this paper elaborated research fruits of the methods suitable for evaluating current agricultural ecological capital value, such as market value method, expenditure method, opportunity cost method, shadow price method, compensation value method, total economic value method, rent or expected income capitalization method, net price method, al- ternative market value method, contingent valuation method, and emergy analysis approach, so as to specify research progress and trend of ag- ricuhural ecological capital value evaluation. The study is to estimate agricultural ecological capital value, promote local social and economic development, protect agricultural ecology and environment, guarantee modern agricultural development, provide technical support for the com- oensated use of agrfieultural ecolozical resources, and comoensation for agricultural ecological damages.
