摘 要:[目的]基于同位素质量平衡原理,揭示环湖河流对青海湖颗粒有机质的贡献。[方法]通过测定青海湖湖体以及主要入湖河流颗粒有机质的稳定碳、氮同位素组成,分析各入湖河流对青海湖颗粒有机质的贡献。[结果]研究表明,布哈河中颗粒有机质的δ13C值为(-11.54±4.16)‰,高于倒淌河、泉吉河、沙柳河和青海湖湖体。布哈河中颗粒有机质的δ15N值为(6.80±3.88)‰,高于倒淌河、泉吉河和沙柳河,但略低于青海湖湖体。通过IsoSource软件分析得出,布哈河颗粒有机质向青海湖的输入具有较高的发生频次,而其他3条河流颗粒有机质的输入较弱。进一步计算得出,布哈河、倒淌河、泉吉河以及沙柳河颗粒有机质对青海湖的贡献率分别为50.4%、14.1%、15.2%和19.3%,以布哈河的贡献最大。[结论]研究可为湖体生态系统生物资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。[ Objective ] To disclose the contribution of surrounding rivers to particulate organic matter in the Qinghai Lake, on the basis of iso- tope mass balance. [ Method ] Define stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes of organic matters in the Qinghai Lake and the surrounding rivers, and analyze contributions of the surrounding rivers to particulate organic matter in the Qinghai Lake. [ Result]δ13C value of particulate organic matter in the in the Buhai River is ( - 11.54 ± 4.16)‰, higher than that of Daotang River, Quanji River, Shaliu River and the lake. 515N value of particulate organic matter in the in the Buhai River is (6.80 ± 3.88)‰, higher than that of Daotang River, Quanji River and Shaliu River, but slightly lower than that of the lake. According to IsoSource software analysis, frequency of Buha River transmitting particulate or- ganic matters into the lake is high, while that of other 3 rivers is low. The further calculation shows that the contribution ratio of Buha River, Daotang River, Quanji River and Shaliu River to particulate organic matter in the Qinghai Lake is 50: 4%, 14.1%, 15.2%, and 19.3%, es- pecially Buha River contributes the most. [ Conclusion] The research provides scientific support for the sustainable utilization of biological re- sources in the ecosystem of the lake.
