摘　　要：首先从粮食消费总量、结构、品种和消费区域差别方面分析了我国粮食消费的现状,并分析了引起这些现象的主要因素。在此基础上,研究了我国粮食消费可能的发展趋势,并预测了我国未来粮食的消费量和消费峰值。最后针对我国粮食消费的发展趋势提出了相关对策。This paper analyzed current situation of China＇ s food consumption from the pespectives of total consumption, structure, varieties, and differential regions of food consumption, and also the causes of these phenomena. On this basis, this paper forecasted the development trend of China＇ s food consumption, amount and peak of China＇ s future food consumption. Then corresponding strategies were given to cope with the development trend of China＇ s food consumption.
