湖南省“两型”农业现代化制约因素与实现路径研究

摘　　要：在建设资源节约型、环境友好型的背景下,提出"两型"农业是符合"两型社会"发展要求的农业。以湖南省为例,分析了湖南省"两型"农业现代化建设的制约因素,在此基础上探讨了湖南省"两型"农业现代化发展目标模式与实现路径。强调利用湖南省"两型四化"的发展契机,通过管理创新、科技创新、制度创新和市场创新,综合技术应用,发展精细化、集约化、高产化、生态化农业。Against the background of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society, it was proposed that resource-saving and en- vironment-friendly agriculture was the type meeting development needs of the society. Restrictions for the modernization of resource-saving and environment-friendly agriculture in Hunan were analyzed, on this basis, target mode and realization approach of agricultural modernization were explored. The development opportunity of ＂resource-saving and environment-friendly agriculture, and four modernizations＂ in Hunan was taken, management innovation, scientific and technological innovation, institutional innovation, market innovation, application of comprehen- sive technology used to develop refined, intensified, high-vield and ecological agriculture.
