摘  要:根据聚合物分子设计原理 ,通过乙烯类单体的自由基溶液共聚合制备了分子链中含阴离子基团和支链的共聚物 ,制备了对水泥颗粒具有良好分散作用和分散稳定作用的混凝土用丙烯酸接枝共聚型高效减水剂 (ACS)。用红外光谱表征了其结构。对照商品萘系高效减水剂FDN ,研究了ACS在水泥颗粒表面的吸附。吸附量和 ζ -电位的测定表明 ,ACS分子可吸附到水泥颗粒表面 ,其极限吸附量为 1 .97mg/g ,吸附后 ,水泥颗粒表面 ζ -电位由 +1 0mV变为 - 1 5mV。In this paper, acrylic graft copolymer based new high range water reducing agent (superplasticizers) ACS for concrete was prepared, which exhibits good dispersive and dispersion maintaining effects on cement grout. The novel superplasticizer with both anionic groups and graft chains in its molecular structure was prepared through free radical solution copolymerization, and their structures were characterized by IR spectra. The measurements of adsorption quantity and ζ-potential showed that ACS copolymers can be adsorbed by cement particles with the maximum adsorption quantity of 1.97?mg/g, and the particle surface ζ-potential of cement particles turns from +10?mV to -15?mV.
