摘　　要：在中值滤波器的框架下 ,专门针对超声医学图像 ,提出了一种新的自适应中值滤波器 ,其自适应机制的是在一个子窗口内的四个主要方向先分别进行中值滤波 ,再用原始图像与四个子图像的差值产生加权系数 ,之后进一步用四个子图像加权合成新图像。这种滤波方法有较好的细节保护特性和较强的滤噪特性。分析了新滤波器的特性 ,并给出了质量较好的超声心脏滤波图象。A new self adaptive median filter based on the median filter for medical ultrasonic images has been developed in the present paper. The filtered image is a weighted combination of four subimages obtained from median filtering the original image along four major directions. The weighting factors are obtained by using the differences between these subimages and the original image. This method possesses better characteristics of detail preservation and stronger noise reduction for images. The property of the new filter has been analyzed and the ultrasonic heart filter image having good quality has been obtained in the present paper.
