摘 要:横向稳定杆是汽车悬架中的重要零件。它不仅可以防止车身在转向等情况下发生过大的侧倾 ,还直接影响到汽车的操纵稳定性。本文推导了横向稳定杆侧倾角刚度计算公式 ,并在此基础上分析了其主要影响因素。还提出了横向稳定杆的若干设计要点 。Stabilizer bar is an important component of automotive suspensions. It can not only prevent vehicle body from over roll in such cases as cornering, but also influence the handling performance of the vehicle. The formula of the roll angular rigidity of stabilizer bar was derived in this paper.The main influence on rigidity was analysed based on the formula.Key points in connection with the design of the stabilizer bar were presented also.Finally the methods of determination of the radius of curvature of stabilizer bar was introduced based on the analytical results of stress with the finite element.
