腹股沟直疝及斜疝患者腹横筋膜原纤维蛋白-1、转化生长因子β1、类赖氨酰氧化酶1的表达研究

摘　　要：目的比较原纤维蛋白-1(Fibrillin-1)、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)及类赖氨酰氧化酶1(LOXL1)在腹股沟直疝及斜疝患者腹横筋膜组织的表达,探讨腹股沟直疝的发病机制。方法用免疫组化和Western blot方法检测在我院行疝修补术患者(直疝19例,斜疝23例)腹横筋膜组织中Fibrillin-1、TGFβ1及LOXL1的表达情况。并对两者相关性进行分析。结果腹股沟直疝患者腹横筋膜组织Fibrillin-1、TGFβ1及LOXL1的含量显著低于斜疝患者(P<0.05);直疝腹横筋膜Fibrillin-1与TGFβ1(P<0.05),LOXL1与TGFβ1的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟直疝患者腹横筋膜组织Fibrillin-1、TGFβ1及LOXL1存在异常表达,并且相互作用共同参与了腹股沟直疝的发生。[Objective ] To investigate the expression of fibrillin-1, TGFβ1 and LOXL1 in the transversalis fascia of direct and indirect inguinal hernia and explore the pathogenesis of the disease. [Methods] Herniorrhaphy was performed in 38 patients with inguinal hernia （19 direct and 23 indirect）, and the expression of fibrilhn-1, TGFβ1 and LOXL1 in the transversalis fascia were examined by using immunohistochemistry and Western blot. [Results] The expression of fibrillin-1, TGFβ1 and LOXL1 in direct inguinal hernia were reduced when compared with indi- rect inguinal hernia. A positive correlation was observed between TGFβ1 and fibrillin-1. LOXL1 and TGF β1 ex- pression were also positively correlated in direct inguinal hernia. [ Conclusions ] The disordered expression of fib- rillin-1, TGFβ1 and in transversalis fascia might be associated with the development of direct inguinal hernia.
