舒适护理在口腔微螺钉种植支抗术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在微螺钉种植支抗术中的应用效果。方法:将72例使用微螺钉种植支抗术的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组36例患者,试验组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组患者焦虑、疼痛的发生率;患者对该手术情况的知晓率和对护理工作的满意度。结果:试验组患者焦虑、疼痛的发生率明显低于对照组,患者对手术情况知晓率和对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组。结论:将舒适护理应用于口腔微螺钉种植支抗术后,降低了患者不适反应的发生率,提高了患者对手术的知晓率,同时也提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect of comfortable care in the miniscrew planting surgery.Methods 72 cases using miniscrew as absulate auchorage were randomly and equally divided into experimental group and control group.Comfortable care and conventional care were conducted respectively and the incidence rate of anxiety and pain was recorded and compared.Patients in the surgery of awareness and satisfaction of nursing work.Results The incidence rate of anxiety and pain in the experimental group （13.9% and 8.3%） was significantly lower than that of control group （47.2% and 30.6%）.The patients to surgery situation awareness and satisfaction of nursing work in the experimental group （94.4% and 97.2） is significantly higher than the control group （75% and 80.6）.Conclusions Comfortable care played important role in reducing the incidence rate of anxiety and pain during the miniscrew instalization surgery,raised the awareness of surgery patients,but also improve the patients satisfaction of nursing work.
