摘  要:针对高速电主轴接触式加载存在的问题,设计了一套非接触电磁加载装置。该装置主要由高导磁加载盘、直流电磁铁、恒流源及测试部分组成。其中直径80mm、厚40mm的铁镍合金加载盘与直流气隙磁场相互作用,在加载盘上产生电磁力。利用该电磁力模拟主轴的切削力负载,可实现高速电主轴的非接触加载。使用所设计的装置对170MD18Y16型磨削电主轴进行加载试验,结果表明,加载值与设定值一致,所设计的装置能够满足高速电主轴加载的需要。当加载装置的气隙不变时,主轴转速、励磁电流是影响非接触电磁加载的主要因素。As the problems of high speed motorized spindlers contact loading, a non-contact load- ing equipment with electromagnet was designed. The equipment was mainly composed by loading disc with high permeability, direct current(DC) electromagnet, constant current source testing part. The electromagnetic force was produced on loading disc during interaction between the iron-nickel alloy loading disc with diameter of 80 mm, thick of 40 mm and DC air-gap magnetic field. The spindle load of cutting forces was simulated by the electromagnetic forces. And so non-contact loading on high speed motorized spindle could be realized. Using the presented equipment, loading experiments were done to the grinding motorized spindle with type of 170MD18Y16. And the results show that the val- ue of loading and setting are accordant. The presented equipment can meet the requirements for the loading on high speed motorized spindle. The rotate speed of spindle and exciting current are main fac- tors influencing non-contact electromagnetic loading during the air-gap unchanged.
