摘 要:直流脉冲极化磁场传感器是质子旋进式磁力仪研究中的关键。针对国内传感器存在抗干扰能力和稳定性差的问题,在研究预极化原理的基础上进行了样品分析和最优选取,采取了与常规方式不同的双线圈差分接收结构和导电涂料屏蔽方式,提高了传感器抗干扰能力,并推导出线圈的最佳感值约为34 mH,采用POM材料和线圈表面喷涂环氧树脂漆进行固化处理来提高传感器稳定性,并基于此研制了传感器和测试电路,对比结果表明其性能达到国外同类传感器水平,优于国内同类传感器。此外通过仿真和实测证明了传感器Q值与旋进信号频率的非线性关系;通过理论计算得到信号谐振后的信噪改善比为18.3dB,实测结果证明了谐振对信号质量的改善;对输出信号幅度与极化电压,时间的关系进行了实测,得到了最佳极化时间和电压,对后续仪器信号处理电路的设计提供了重要的参考依据。The magnetic field sensor based on DC pulse polarization is the key to the research of proton precession magnetometer.Aiming at the poor anti-interference ability and stability of domestic sensors,the sample analysis and optimum selection are carried out based on studying the pre-polarization principle,the dual coil differential receiving structure and the shielding method with conductive coating are adopted to improve the anti-jamming capability of the sensor,and it is deduced that the optimal coil inductance is 34 mH.The POM material and the curing processing with spraying epoxy paint on the coil surface are adopted to improve the sensor stability.On this basis,a sensor and its test circuit were developed.The comparison results indicate that the performance of the sensor is close to that of the international mainstream sensors and is better than that of domestic products.Besides,simulation and measurement results prove the nonlinear relationship between the Q of the sensor and precession signal frequency; through theoretical calculation,the SNIR of 18.3 dB is obtained after signal resonance; and the measurement results show that signal resonance could improve signal quality.The relationship between the amplitude of precession signal and polarization voltage & time was measured,and the optimal polarization time and voltage are obtained,which provides an important reference for the signal processing circuit design of subsequent instruments.
