摘　　要：基于最新国土资源软科学成果的综合集成,全面总结了当前我国矿产资源节约与综合利用中存在的四个方面主要问题。运用鱼骨图法分析了上述问题的影响因素,查找出了问题的根本原因,继而提出了八方面的政策建议。Based on the latest results of land and resources comprehensive integrated soft science, this paper thoroughly summarized that. the main problems of the current mineral resource conservation and comprehensive utilization. In addition, Fishbone diagram was used to calculate the influence factors of the above problems. In accordance with the results of the analysis, some policy proposals were put forward.
