摘　　要：工业设计产业正在受到越来越多的关注,如何加快工业设计产业的发展,推动制造业等相关产业升级是政府面临的一个紧迫问题。了解和认识工业设计产业发展阶段的基础上,给予正确、及时的政策扶持和引导,是加快工业设计产业的发展的捷径。而当前理论研究相当落后,缺乏探索工业设计产业发展阶段的研究,致使无法及时为政策制订提供理论支持。韩国在工业设计产业发展方面进步迅速,研究韩国工业设计产业的发展阶段,借鉴韩国的发展经验对我国工业设计产业的发展是很有必要的。最后提出相关政策建议。Industrial design industry has been drawn more and more attentions. How to accelerate the development of industrial design industry and upgrade the manufacturing is an urgent issue. Aiding and guiding properly and quickly are the shortcut in quickening the industrial design industry after learning about the development stage of ID industry. But now the kind of researches is absent so that the theory could not support policy-making timely. Industrial design industry in South Korean has made much progress in very short time. It is very necessary to analysis the development stage of industrial design industry in South Korean and study South Korean experiences for Chinese industrial design industry. In the end, relative policy advices are given.＇
