葡萄膜炎患者血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白浓度分析

摘　　要：目的检测葡萄膜炎患者血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白水平,探讨血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白含量与葡萄膜炎病理机制的可能关系。方法 23例临床确诊的葡萄膜炎患者(葡萄膜炎组)及年龄和性别相匹配的30例健康对照者(对照组)纳入研究。对比分析两组间血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白浓度差异;各组间不同性别者血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白浓度差异。结果葡萄膜炎组血清总胆红素(10.89±4.25)μmol·L-1、直接胆红素(2.57±1.46)μmol·L-1、间接胆红素(8.32±3.11)μmol·L-1、尿酸(279.93±107.53)μmol·L-1及白蛋白(43.05±3.70)g·L-1均比健康对照组明显降低(均为P<0.05)。葡萄膜炎组和健康组男性、女性之间的总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白浓度无明显区别;但男性和女性葡萄膜炎患者血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素均比同性别健康对照组明显降低(均为P<0.05);女性葡萄膜炎患者血清白蛋白亦比同性别健康对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。男性和女性葡萄膜炎患者血清尿酸比同性别健康对照组降低,男性葡萄膜炎患者血清白蛋白比男性健康对照组降低,但差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论葡萄膜炎患者血清胆红素、尿酸及白蛋白浓度降低,患者处于低水平的抗氧化状态。Objective To detect the levels of serum bilirubin, uric acid （UA） and albumin in patients with uveitis, and investigate the correlation between uveitis and serum antioxidant status of bilirubin, UA and albumin. Methods Twenty-three pa- tients with clinical diagnosed uveitis （ uveitis group ） and 30 cases of age- and sex- matched healthy controls （ control group） were enrolled in the study. Differences of bil- imbin, UA and albumin concentration were comparatively analyzed between both the groups. Bilirubin, UA and albumin levels between different genders from different groups were also comparatively analyzed. Results The concentrations of serum total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect biUrubin, UA and albumin in uveitis patients were （10. 89 ± 4. 25 ）μmol . L-1, （2.57 ±1.46）μmol . L-1, （8.32±3.11）μmol. L-1, （ 279.93 ± 107.53 ）μmol . L -1 and （ 43.05 ± 3.70 ）μmol . L - 1, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in healthy control （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical difference in concentrations of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, UA and albumin between male and female in both groups. The concentrations of total bili- rubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin in male or female patients with uveitis were significantly lower than those in healthy control of same gender（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Femalepatients with uvitis had lower albumin（P 〈 0.05 ）. Male and female patients with uveitis had lower UA than healthy control of same gender, male patients with uveitis had lower albumin than male healthy control, but the difference was not signifi- cant（all P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The concentration of serum bilirubin, UA and albumin in patients with uvitis are de- creased. Low antioxidant status may exist in patients with uveitis.
