单用A型肉毒毒素与联合颞部除皱术在面部除皱中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨单纯应用A型肉毒毒素与颞部除皱术联合应用A型肉毒毒素在治疗面部皱纹的临床应用效果。方法:以本院2009年1月至2012年1月共88例面部皱纹整容的患者作为研究对像,接受颞部除皱术联合A型肉毒毒素治疗的40例患者为A组,以单纯应用A型肉毒毒素治疗的48例患者为B组。比较两组疗效与术后并发症情况。结果:A组术后皱纹消失保持时间(23.50±6.50)个月,B组为(5.20±1.40)个月,A组明显高于B组(P<0.05)。A组38例患者(95.0%)双眼均出现猫眼样年轻化改变,B组患者均无该变化;A组患者眼睑闭合困难及面部肿胀发生率均高于B组,面部僵硬发生率低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颞部除皱术联合A型肉毒毒素治疗面部皱纹的手术效果令人满意,除皱保持时间较单纯应用A型肉毒毒素大大延长,且手术具有微调眉眼形态的作用,术后患者年轻化明显。Objective To investigate the comparison of removing facial wrinkles between pure botulinum toxin type A and temporal rhytidectomy combined botulinum toxin type A.Methods From January 2009 to January 2012,88 cases of facial wrinkles cosmetic surgery patients as the research object,40 cases accepted temporal rhytidectomy combined botulinum toxin type A treatment as the group A,the other 48 cases accepted pure botulinum toxin type A as the group B.Therapeutic effects were compared with postoperative complications.Results The hold time of wrinkles disappear in group A was （23.50± 6.50） months,which was significantly higher than than that in group B which was （5.20± 1.40） months （P＜0.05）.38 patients in group A （95.0％）appeared younger cat-like changes on both eyes,B group of the patients had no change.The eyelid closure difficulties and facial swelling of the group A were higher than that in the group B,The face stiff incidence of group A was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of temporal rhytidectomy combined botulinum toxin type A has good efficacy for facial wrinkles on wrinkle hold time and trimming facial morphology.Patients are younger obviously.
