摘　　要：在国家政策的响应下,我国村镇住宅建设正如火如荼地进行着,为村镇经济乃至国民经济的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。然而随着城镇化的推进,农村地域特征正在逐步消失,以江南地区为典型,农村住宅出现一个全国类似的局面。本文分析了新时期江南地区村镇住宅特点,归纳了村镇住宅建设模式,提出村镇住宅设计应紧紧结合村镇低成本、绿色住宅建造技术体系开发,并探讨BIM技术在江南村镇住宅设计中的可行性,提高农村宅基地的集约利用程度,形成农村住房建设的良性发展机制。Our country house construction is in full swing in response to the national policy, which played a huge role in promoting rural and the national economy. However, the country area characteristic is disappearing with the advance of urbanization. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the building model of rural houses, and propose that the design of rural houses has to be tightly bound with the development of low-cost and green building technology system. The paper also explore the feasibility of BIM technology in the Jiangnan rural houses to improve the development of rural housing construction.
