摘　　要：目的 探讨皮肤原位再生医疗技术（MEBT/MEBO）联合皮瓣转移术治疗手部深度烧伤的临床疗效.方法 对2008年7月～2013年1月间收治的29例手部深度烧伤患者（31只手,98个创面）早期采用皮肤原位再生医疗技术进行治疗,后期对骨、关节和肌腱等外露创面应用皮瓣转移术治疗,观察创面愈合情况和手部功能恢复情况.结果 29例患者（31只手）的98个创面全部愈合,无截肢或截指病例.其中22例患者（22只手）随访6 ～ 24个月,其手部功能恢复情况：优7例,良9例,一般6例.结论 皮肤原位再生医疗技术联合皮瓣转移术治疗手部深度烧伤,可最大限度地保留和再生手部重要组织器官,较好地恢复手部功能,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of treating hand deep burns by MEBT/MEBO coupled with transfer of skin flap. Methods From July 2008 to January 2013, 29 patients with handdeep burns （3l hands, 98 wounds） were lreated with MEBT/MEBO at the early stage, and transfer of skin flap targeting exposed wnunds of bones, joints and tendons at the later stage. Wound healing and functional recovery of hands were observed. Results 98 wounds of 29 patients （3l hands） were healed without amputation or finger cut. The follow-up visit of 22 patients （22 hands） was lasted for 6 to 24 months, and excellent effeet was seen in 7 eases, good effect in 9 cases and general effect in 6 cases. Conclusion Treating hand deep burns by MEBT/MEBO coupled with transfer of skin flap can maximize the retention anti regeneration of tissues and organs of hands, and achieve better functional recovery of hands, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
