创疡贴覆盖甲床促进甲板重建疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究创疡贴对拇趾全甲拨除术后甲床创面新甲重建的作用。方法对16例拇趾甲沟炎或创伤患者做拇趾全甲拨除术,术后甲床创面覆盖双层创疡贴,隔日清洁创面、更换敷料1次,观察甲板重建情况。结果16例患者的新甲板重建时间平均为7.00 d±0.44 d。结论创疡贴对甲床创面有良好的保湿、抗炎作用,能够促进甲板重建,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing on nail reconstruction aflerfull nail removing operation. Methods Full nail removing operation was performed in 16 cases with Hallux paronychia or trauma. After operation, the ,tail bed was covered with double-layerMEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing, followed by wound cleaning and dressing change once every, other day and observation of nail platereconstruction state. Results The average nail plat- ereconstruction time of 16 patients was 7.00 d ± 0. 44 d. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing has a good moisturizing and anti-inllammatory effect on the nail bed wounds, which can promote nailplatereconstruetion and deserve to he popularized and applied in clinic.
