摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在男性乳房疾病诊断中的应用。方法应用高频超声诊断仪对508例男性乳腺进行检查,观察乳腺回声,记录腺体厚度、有无局限性异常回声和异常回声的大小、边缘、形态、内部回声及内部血流情况,并与临床资料对比。结果 508例中超声检查共发现360例乳腺疾病,其中男性乳房发育症307例,乳房脂肪瘤22例,乳腺恶性肿瘤11例,乳腺纤维瘤7例,乳腺炎6例,乳腺术后改变3例,皮脂腺囊肿和乳腺囊肿各2例。其余148例超声检查未显示明显异常回声。全组超声检查乳腺异常发生率70.87%,诊断符合率97.56%。结论男性乳腺疾病少见,而以乳房发育症最常见。尽管乳腺癌的发生率较低,但由于其发生隐匿,需要引起超声检查医师和临床医师的充分注意。Objective To investigate the application of ultrasonography in male breast disease. Methods The examinations of male breast were performed by high frequency ultrasonography on 508 cases. The breast echo, mam- mary gland thickness and the mass, if occurring, including its size, edge, shape, internal echo and blood flow, were recording. The results of ultrasonic diagnoses were compared with that of clinical data. Results The ultrasonic diag- nosis in 508 male patients involved male breast hypertrophy in 307 cases, breast lipoma in 22 cases, breast cancer in 11 cases, breast fibroma in 7 cases, mastiffs in 6 cases and others in 7 cases. The rest of 148 cases did not show signifi- cantly ultrasound abnormality. The incidence of breast disease was 70.87~ and the diagnostic accordance rate was 97.56~/6o in ultrasound. Conclusions Male breast disease is rare, and the most common breast disease was male breast hypertrophy. The male breast cancer, despite of the low incidence, should be brought to the full attention to due to the poor prognosis and occult process.
