输卵管结核超声造影表现分析

摘　　要：目的分析输卵管结核超声造影表现,探讨该技术的临床应用价值。方法对20例经腹腔镜证实的输卵管结核的超声造影表现进行回顾性分析。结果 20例输卵管结核超声造影表现大致可分为4种类型:Ⅰ型:周边环状增强,内部无增强,呈腊肠样(7例)。Ⅱ型:周边环状增强,内部分隔增强(6例)。Ⅲ型:不均匀增强,内部不规则无增强(6例)。Ⅳ型:不均匀增强,内部结节样增强(1例)。结论本组病例中周边环状增强是输卵管结核超声造影的常见表现。超声造影能较客观地反映输卵管结核病灶的增强情况,为输卵管结核的诊断提供客观的依据。Objective To analyze the performances of tuberculosis of fallopian tube with contrast-enhanced ultra- sound and explore the value of the technology in clinical applications. Methods Twenty patients with tuberculosis of fallopian tube proved by laparoscopic were studied with contrast-enhanced ultrasound retrospectively. Results Con- trast-enhanced ultrasound mainly demonstrated four types. Seven cases enhanced in rim-like and the inside region was no enhancement. Six cases enhanced in rim-like and the inside region separated enhancement. Six cases showed uneven enhancement homogeneous which had distributed and reflected the different intensity in the all area. One case showed uneven enhancement homogeneous, but the inside region appeared the enhancement of nodular. Conclusions The en- hancement in rim-like was the common expression of tuberculosis of fallopian tube in 20 cases. The technology of con- trast-enhanced ultrasound can objectively reflect the enhancement of the mass and can provide objective evidence for clinical diagnosis.
