瘘道经引流管超声造影表现的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瘘道经引流管超声造影检查中的声像图特征,以提高超声对瘘道的诊断水平。方法以我院18例患者行经引流管超声造影检查并确诊为瘘道纳入本研究,回顾性分析其经引流管超声造影的声像图特征。结果 18例瘘道中,胆道腹腔瘘5例,腹腔腹壁瘘3例,肠腔腹腔瘘3例,胃腔腹腔瘘2例,肠腔腹壁瘘1例,胆管门静脉瘘1例,胆管支气管瘘1例,膀胱直肠瘘1例,直肠腹腔痿1例。所有患者的瘘道均能清晰显示,并明确瘘道的连通部位及行程。结论经引流管超声造影提供准确的瘘道信息,可作为瘘道诊断的一种重要影像学检查方法。Objective To analyze the sonographic features of fistulas with contrast-enhanced ultrasound by drain- age tube. Methods From Jun. 2009 to Jul. 2012, 18 patients undergone contrast-enhanced ultrasound via drainage tube were diagnosed to be fistulas, which were confirmed by X ray fistulogram or operation. The contrast-enhanced ul- trasound features of fistulas were analyzed retrospectively. Results In these 18 patients, there were five biliary-peri- toneal fistulas, three peritone-cutaneous fistulas, three intestino-peritoneal fistulas, two gastro-peritoneal fistulas, one intestino-cutaneous fistula, one hiliary-portal vein fistula, one biliary-hronchus fistula, one vesico-rectal fistula, and one recto-peritoneal fistula. All of them could be clearly displayed the fistulas course. There were different sonograph- ic features could he demonstrated in every kinds of fistulas. Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound via drainage tube could provide useful information that it could become an important imaging modality for the diagnosis fistulas.
