Effects of Low Power Laser Therapy on Proteoglycan and Collagen in Achilles Tendon of Rats with Enthesiopathy

摘  要:目的:研究低功率激光对末端病大鼠跟腱蛋白多糖和胶原的作用。方法:雄性4周龄SD大鼠96只,随机分为正常对照组(n=8)、造模组(n=48)和激光照射组(n=40),正常对照组不干预,造模组和激光照射组大鼠采用电刺激跳跃法造模,激光照射组造模后采用低功率激光照射跟腱,造模组和激光照射组于激光照射后第1、2、3、7和14天随机取8只处死,取后肢跟腱,制成切片,HE染色观察大鼠跟腱内胶原纤维结构和腱细胞的变化,ELISA法测定跟腱蛋白多糖、Collagen-Ⅰ和Collagen-Ⅲ的含量。结果:与造模组相比,激光照射组蛋白多糖含量在激光照射后第7天和14天时出现显著变化(P<0.05),Collagen-Ⅰ和Collagen-Ⅲ含量在激光照射后第7天出现显著变化(P<0.05),第14天时,Collagen-Ⅰ和Collagen-Ⅲ均有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:低功率激光照射能调节蛋白多糖合成,促进Collagen-I合成,降低Collagen-Ⅲ蛋白下降速度,有效促进末端病大鼠跟腱早期修复。Objective To study the effects of low power laser therapy on the proteoglycan and collagen protein in Achilles tendon of rats with enthesiopathy. Methods 96 4-week old male SD rats were selected randomly as the normal control group (n = 8) ,enthesiopathy model group (n = 48), enthesiopathy plus low power laser therapy group (n = 40). The enthesiopathy of Achilles tendon was developed through two 20-min jumping with an interval of 10 min per day under electrical stimulation for a total of 5 weeks. Low power laser therapy was applied to the rats in enthesiopathy plus low power laser therapy group, and rats in normal control group received no any intervention. The protein polysaccharide, collagen -I, and collagen -III contents in Achilles tendon were determined by EUSA. Results As compared with the model group, proteoglycan increased significantly at day 7 (P 〈 0.05 ) and the contents of collagen -I and collagen -III increased significantly at day 14 (P 〈 0.01 )after laser radiation in enthesiopathy plus low power laser therapy group. Conclusion Low power laser irradiation promotes the synthesis of proteoglycan and collagen-I,reduces the rate of decay of collagen-III ,and thus effectively helps the early repair of Achilles tendon with enthesiopathy.
