摘  要:某公司生产130 mm的4Cr5MoSiV1钢锻材,低倍检验有裂纹,裂纹位于横向试料的边缘。检验分析结果表明:1)裂纹是由缩孔未切净造成;2)钢材的边缘也可出现缩孔。钢材产生的缩孔偏离中心是由于钢锭在加热时存在阴阳面、切除冒口时错位及锻打时变形不均匀。The cracks were found on the edges of transverse sample of Ф130 mm 4Cr5MoSiV1 forged steel bar. Through inspection and analysis, following causes were found; 1) The cracks are caused by uncut pipes; 2) Shrink- age cavity also might appear along edges of the steel bar. The shrinkage cavitys are far away from the center. This is resulted from the temperature differences on the top and bottom surface of the steel bar during heating, and inac- curate riser cutting and nonuniform deformation during forging.
