摘　　要：资本国际化给发展中国家带来深刻的影响:国际经济主权的削弱、金融危机的发生以及易受外部的冲击。在此形势下,我国必须及时调整经济政策,适应国际形势的新发展,否则。Capital globalization brings about profound impact on developing countries. Its consequences include reduction of sovereign rights in international economic affairs, likelihood of financial crises, and vulnerability to external interference, to name only a few. The author points out that the Chinese economic policies must be adjusted in line with this situation before we can fit our own development in with the new international situation. Otherwise, we might run the risk of being turned over by the tide of globalization.
