摘　　要：通过分析世界上几个公立医院占比重较高的发达国家公立医院组织结构及其改革经验,对我国公立医院组织变革进行研究,总结目前公立医院存在的问题,提出未来公立医院组织变革的方向及政策建议。Based on the analysis of organization structure and reform experience of public hospitals in some developed countries, study on the organizational reform of public hospitals in China and summarize its current problems for further clarifying reform direction and raising policy proposals.
