摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC测定增液汤中麦冬皂苷D＇含量的方法.方法：采用DiamonsilTMC18色谱柱（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）,柱温33℃,流动相水-乙腈（体积比52∶48）,流速0.80 mL· min-,检测波长208 nm.结果：麦冬皂苷D＇的质量浓度在0.018 ～0.180g·L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.4％,RSD 0.73％ （n =9）.结论：该方法简便、准确,可用于增液汤的质量控制.Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of ophiopogonin D＇ in Zengye decoction.Method：The DiamonsilTMC18 （4.6 mm ×200 mm,5 μm） was used at 33 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of water-actonitrile （52∶ 48） at a flow rate of 0.80 mL ·min-1,the detection wavelength was set at 208 nm.Result：The calibration curve was linear within the ranges of 0.018-0.180 g ·L-1 （r =0.999 9） for ophiopogonin D＇.The average recovery of ophiopogonin D＇ was 99.4％ （RSD 0.73％,n =9）.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Zengye decoction.
