摘 要:目的:探讨白鹤灵芝不同提取部位(DER)对实验性鹌鹑高脂血症的降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用.方法:将鹌鹑随机分成11组,每组12只,分别为正常对照组,模型组,阳性脂必妥(0.2 g·kg-1)组,白鹤灵芝乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚3个提取部位各高(21.6 g·kg-1)、低剂量(5.4 g·kg-1)组.实验采用喂高脂饲料复制高血脂动物模型.白鹤灵芝不同提取部位各高、低剂量灌胃给药,每天1次,连续3个月,每个月末测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,对主动脉和肝脏进行病理形态学检查.结果:与对照组比较,模型组TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C含量均较正常对照组高,其差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01),表明高血脂模型建立成功.第3个月末,与模型组比较,给药组TC,TG,LDL-C含量降低明显,有显著性差异(P<0.05 ~P <0.01),HDL-C含量增高,也存在显著性差异;与前两个月对比,3个月后TC,TG,LDL-C含量下降更明显,HDL-C含量增高更明显,其中,乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位对血清脂质各项指标的作用较石油醚部位和水提物效果好;病理结果显示主动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块的病变程度明显减轻.结论:鹌鹑为高脂血症模型的理想动物,白鹤灵芝有较好的抑制高脂血症和抗动脉粥样硬化的作用.Objective:To explore the effects of different extracts of Rhinacanthus nasutus (DER) on lipid metabolism of the quails.Method:The quails were randomly divided into 11 groups,each included 12 quails:normal control group,model group,Zhibituo (2.0 g ·kg-1) positive control group,high dose and low dose (21.6,5.4 g · kg-1) groups of three extracts of DER.The quails atherosclerotic model was established by feeding high fat food.The administration lasted three months.Total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholestero (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were measured,the tissues of aorta and liver were observed under light microscope.Result:Compared with normal control group,the content of TC,TG,LDL-C of model group was increased (P <0.01).Compared with model group,the end of 3nd month after administration,the content of TC,TG,LDL-C in DER groups was decreased obviously (P < 0.05-P < 0.01),content of HDL-C was increased,there were significant differences.The effects of ethyl acetate and butanol effective parts was better than petroleum and water extrats; and the pathological lesions of atherosclerotic plaque were significantly lessened.Conclusion:Extraction of R.nasutus can effectively decrease the serum lipid and prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
