摘　　要：逆向物流日益引起企业的广泛重视。本文着重分析了其产生来源,介绍了物流网络结构的四种基本类型,并对逆向物流网络进行了价值分析,认为企业通过构建逆向物流网络能够有效降低企业成本,提升企业竞争力;提高顾客满意程度,提升企业形象;保护环境,承担社会责任。Reverse logistics has attracted wide attention of enterprises recently. This paper mainly analyzes its origin, introduces four basic types of logistics network structure of reverse logistics network, and analyses its value, proposes that enterprises can effectively reduce the cost of enterprise, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through the establishment of reverse logistics network, improve customer satisfaction, enhance corporate image;protect environment and achieve social responsibility.
